the Artist | the Curator

Sarah Flinn’s art is born from her desire to infuse nature with the whimsy of dream state.  She tends to keep her focus on animals, using acrylic paint and different types of wood as her medium. She spent a semester studying abroad in Cortona, Italy in 2008, achieved her BFA from Georgia College and State University in 2009 and has since been working on her skills as an artist and finding her way in the art world. Flinn has also created two new galleries in Atlanta.  The first is The Shoebox, an old tractor-trailer that she renovated, converted and now actively curates for local artist showings and the second is Omnibus, a 1985 black Chevy school bus she has also renovated and converted into a traveling gallery. 

Flinn has also created and installed a number of different artistic intsallations around Atlanta.
